18 Inch Gauge Hunslet 0-4-0 JACK
Jack was delivered to John Knowles & Co in October 1898 for use in the fireclay mines near Woodville, South East of Burton upon Trent. Jack was Hunslet works number 684 and was delivered in ‘Midland Railway Express style’ with vermillion motion brackets and buffer beams.
This locomotive is a detailed version which is gauge adjustable (32mm and 45mm), available as gas or coal-fired, and can be fitted with optional extras such as a working steam whistle, 3 channel radio control and SSP Slomo.
