This is a revised edition with some corrected errors that were present in previous editions and is a limited run with a soft cover. The only new new material is an Appendix which has additional detail for a coal-fired smokebox. This new 'Appendix II' has been made available as a free download from our Technical Page.

For this revised edition we initially planned to write new sections to cover changes and improvements in manufacturing available to the home builder. However, there was too much material and have decided to reprint the book in its original form and then produce a new book with updated information.
